Alliance Technical Group has acquired Summit Environmental Technologies

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is pleased to announce the sale of Summit Environmental Technologies (Summit) to Alliance Technical Group (Alliance), backed by investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP). BGL’s Environmental Infrastructure and Services investment banking team served as the exclusive financial advisor to Summit in the transaction. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Summit is an environmental analytical laboratory specializing in water, wastewater, air, and solid testing. Operating out of a 25,000-square-foot facility, Summit is certified by the National Environmental Laboratories Accreditation Conference (NELAC) and performs Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) testing, radiological analysis, hazardous waste testing, and water testing to more than 600 customers, including municipalities, state agencies, consultants, manufacturing plants, waste disposal facilities, paper mills, and wastewater plants nationwide.
