ADG Turismo has acquired Cosmopolita Apartments

The company ADG Turismo has acquired the entire tourist establishment Cosmo Apartments Castelldefels (Barcelona) from the company Apartaments Cosmopolita. ANQUOR Corporate Finance has acted as advisor to the buyer.
 
Recently founded, ADG Turismo has the vocation to grow rapidly organically and inorganically. ADG is part of a French investment group dedicated to various business activities, including the operation of hotels and tourist flats.
 
Apartaments Cosmopolita is a company commited to the management of tourist flats and hotels, with five establishments in Barcelona city, a hotel and an apartment building in Platja d'Aro (Costa Brava) and other establishments in Sitges.
 
With the acquisition of the Aparthotel Las Palmeras Castelldefels, ADG Turismo establishes its tourism business activity on the coast of Barcelona.
