Global M&A Sweden was founded in 2001 to provide company owners with M&A advice. We will help you sell your company, or make it stronger either through acquisitions or by capital raisings. Global M&A Sweden provides services to Swedish owner-managed companies, Swedish and international industrial groups and Private Equity Funds.

Our offering is a combination of experience, entrepreneurial savvy, analysis resources and execution capacity. We have accumulated many years of experience from both industry and the finance markets and together have executed some 100 business transactions.

As your divestment or acquisition partner, our corporate finance advisors assume full project management responsibility. We are a tightly-knit team that works hard, and strives towards the same goals as our clients.
