Dace Medne holds an Associate Director position in Prudentia. She joined the team in 2012 as an Analyst. Prior to that she has worked in Investment and Development Agency of Latvia.
In Prudentia Dace’s main responsibilities include managing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, as well as capital raising and buyout deals. Dace has gained experience in various industries like industrial manufacturing, food & beverage, IT&T, transportation and other. Among the major engagements, she has consulted Food Union financial partner Meridian in the acquisition of SIA “Rīgas piensaimnieks”, has been involved in financial advisory to Latvian government with regard to its majority shareholdings in AS “Air Baltic Coroporation”, as well as has advised the largest AS “Liepājas Metalurgs” creditors prior the investor attraction process.
Dace holds a BSc degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga (Riga, Latvia) and MSc degree in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (Rotterdam, the Netherlands).
