Paul is the founder and Managing Director of MergeCo International and Chief Innovation Officer of Crazy Might Work, based in Sydney, Australia.
Crazy Might Work is a boutique strategy house that works with corporations and mid-size private firms to co-create inspirational and disruptive strategies.
Paul has advised and consulted on bids and transactions approaching $20 billion and worked in over 20 countries. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; holds a master’s degree in business and is a regular presenter at international conferences.
Paul sits on several boards and has recently accepted the appointment to the Whitehouse Institute Board of Governors.
