Global M&A Advised Elcam Medical on the Purchase of Italian Medical Devices Company Lucomed

Milan, Tel Aviv | 4 January 2011 - Global M&A, one of the world's leading independent M&A advisory firms, today announced the completion of the acquisition of the Italy based Lucomed Group by Israeli company Elcam Medical ACS.

Global M&A Italy (Cross Border) and Global M&A Israel (DS Apex Mergers & Acquisitions Ltd) jointly served as the exclusive advisors to Elcam Medical ACS.

The transaction team was led by Yair Ephrati and Benni Azaria from Global M&A Israel and by Carlo Montenovesi and Guido Colonetti from Global M&A Italy.
