Former Executive Board Member, Dominique became Chief Executive Officer at Financière de Courcelles in 2007, following the change in the control of the company.
Dominique began his career at Paribas before joining the Worms et Cie group in 1982, of which he was appointed a managing partner, responsible for industry in 1995.
In this capacity he has held the roles of Chairman of Saint-Louis (sugar) and A.W.A et Antalis (paper). He then took over the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the listed company Worms et Cie from 1997 to 2006.
Furthermore, he was in charge of important financial activities in one of the largest fund management companies in New York.
Dominique graduated from the IEP PARIS, holds a master's degree in Economic Sciences, a PhD in Law and a Professional Lawyer's Certification (CAPA).

She has had successful ventures as a business owner or in different managerial positions in various industries: Printing for label converters, Food and Beverage, Hospitality, IT including M-commerce & CRM, Enterprise Social Networks.
Ms. Brogi holds a degree in International commerce and is a certified equity trader with Paris Bourse CA.
Mr. Ernst Jan Kruis is founder and CEO of Solveigh, an independent investment Banking advisory firm with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Rotterdam. The firm opened office in the Netherlands in 1998 and in Hong Kong and Beijing in 2004 where it is a front runner in cross border M&A. Prior to the incorporation of Solveigh, Mr. Kruis has been in corporate and investment banking with ING Group since 1987 where he managed strategic investments and distressed portfolio's. Before that he worked with ABN AMRO Bank after his graduation in Marketing from a Dutch business school in 1982. He has been advising a large number of multinationals on cross border M&A transactions on several continents in a variety of markets including Insurance, Technology, Energy, Food and Logistics and has managed several land-mark MBO's. Mr. Kruis has an office in Hong Kong and is fully focusing on cross border transactions from a strategic perspective between China, Asia and the Western markets.
Mr. Rión has been professor of Finance in the MBA programs at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
Mr. Rión holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana (1977) as well a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (1980).
Mr. Alver is a co-founder of Saga Corporate Finance AS (Saga) and an Executive Board member and past chairman of Global M&A Partners Ltd. Prior to Saga, he worked as investment banker with Booz Allen Hamilton. Prior to this, Ivan WdS an executive in the aquaculture industry. Ivan has served on a number of boards both as executive and non-executive member internationally.
Mr. Alver provides an active senior role ~n M&A engagements internationally with particular focus on sell-side advisory for mid-cap transactions. He graduated from Concordia University, Montreal, in 1987.
After training as reserve officer with paratroopers, Mr. Christian Kollmann graduated as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, and gained extensive international experience in industry and administration in Tokyo, Mumbai and Los Angeles. He joined InterFinanz in 1995. Furthermore he is speaker at advanced corporate finance training courses. At the beginning of 2012 Mr. Kollman was appointed as Managing Director. Mr. Kollmann gained expert knowledge in the industries of automotive, mechanical engineering, IT & tele-communications, food 8, beverages, medical equipment, construction materials and services. Since 2006 he is head of Global M&A Partners Ltd's sector team Industrial Growth (Automation, Controls & Electrical Products and Automotive & Industrial Products) and since 2011 member of the executive committee team.
Mr. Michael Gibbons is founder of Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL). Mr. Gibbons provides an active senior role to client engagements and business development opportunities. Immediately prior to forming BGL, Michael was president and CEO of Underwood, Neuhaus & Company, a leading regional securities and investment banking firm in Houston, Texas. While with this firm, he also held positions as executive vice president, head of capital markets and manager of corporate finance. Before joining Underwood, Mr. Gibbons was a senior vice president and served on the operating management committee of McDonald & Company Securities, Inc., in Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Gibbons serves on multiple governing boards for both public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. He is past chairman of Global M&A Partners, Ltd. He has a Juris Doctorate, Masters of Science in Management and Bachelor of Arts, cum laude.
Mr. Nicholas Walker co-founded Socios Financieros in 1991. He is a British national and has worked in Spain since 1988 after being seconded from London by Citicorp Investment Bank. Mr. Walker advises on domestic Spanish corporate finance transactions as well as on cross-border transactions. He has advised the following multinationals and private equity groups on transactions in recent years: Accor Hotels, Advent International, CVC, Deutsche Telecom, Dufry International, Masco Corporation, Peek Plc, Permira, Philip Holzman GmbH, Sun Chemical, Telemetrix Plc, 3i, amongst others. Mr. Walker designed and led the first Public To Private transaction to take place in the Spannsh stock market and acted as co-advisor on Spain's largest ever disposal by a private equity firm. He is a member of GMA's E×ecutive Committee.
